    Continuing Charges Bug?

    For the life of me I can't figure out why I am just now finding this and frankly I am very surprised that no one found this before. Continuing Charges is not computing correctly for the 5th Edition rules (I haven't checked 6th). When choosing continuing charges the application seems to stop computing when it should be changing to an advantage (it simply stops at 0). For example I have created a pill which grants Damage Reduction (pain killers) I want each pill to last for an hour and my character carries 4 of them (4 Continuing Charges lasting 1 hour each). This nets me a +0 ADV/LIM when it should actually be a +1/2 Advantage (-1 LIM with 6 steps down the time chart).

    I don't think I have the latest update but didn't see that this was fixed at any rate. I am using build Build 20100313.

    HD's value is correct and in accordance with the rules. Note that there is no Advantage to taking an already 0-END, Persistent Power and giving it Charges (regardless of how long the Charges last).

    Without Charges, it can be run continuously (regardless of the state of consciousness of the character).

    With 4 Continuing Charges lasting 1 hour each, you can run it for a maximum of 4 hours, with character involvement (consciousness) required every hour.
