A few questions on the "Hero_Single_Licensing_Contract"

Just read through it; here's a few points I jotted down.

IV.C: Does not make it clear whether physical copies are or are not needed if physical copies are not to be sold by DOJ.

V.A: Does not make it clear whether using DOJ-owned HERO System books outside of 6e1 and 6e2 as references is allowed, such as: APG, HSMA, HSG, HSEG, Fantasy HERO and/or Star HERO.

VI.A: "it" is used in one instance where "its" seems correct.

Could I get some clarification on those, please?

1) If you aren't going to make any phsycial copies of the product, you don't need to send us any. If you are going to make *any* physical copies available in *any* way, you must send Hero Games five for its own purposes. Them's are the rules.

Another question, in regards to Narf's second question. Is it okay to reference Champions sourcebooks if your product is for a superheroic campaign setting? I'm thinking about "generic" sourcebooks, like the Champions genre book and Champions Powers. I'm asking because I don't want to be found breaching Cryptic's copyrights.
