Camille Saint-Saens' "Organ" Symphony. The last movement (the part with the organ) could be a soundtrack for the creation of the Earth. A thunderous, stop-and-start opening section for colliding planetesimals. A quieter section as the inner Solar System clears out, then an even bigger sound as the Moonmaker impact happens. Quiets down again, but building as the outer planets rearrange until we get a sky full of comets with the Late Heavy Bombardment and the Earth gradually stabilizing.

Probably not the program Saint-Saens had in mind, or that would pop in many other people's minds, but when I heard it, the soundtrack seemed obvious. Possibly I am quite mad.
