Michael Hopcroft
I'm trying to determine how much Christmas music on TuneIN I can tolerate at one go. I think I've about hit my limit.

bigdamnhero
Currently listening to...my entire music collection, one album at a time. I recently moved my digital music library, and all my Playlists got lost in transition, so I'm having to recreate them from scratch. Not that listening to a bunch of music I like is all that onerous, but still, annoying.

Michael Hopcroft
[youtube] Dire Straits had no idea how to lipsync convincingly, but it's a great enough song to be forgiven. DShomshak
Camille Saint-Saens' "Organ" Symphony. The last movement (the part with the organ) could be a soundtrack for the creation of the Earth. A thunderous, stop-and-start opening section for colliding planetesimals. A quieter section as the inner Solar System clears out, then an even bigger sound as the Moonmaker impact happens. Quiets down again, but building as the outer planets rearrange until we get a sky full of comets with the Late Heavy Bombardment and the Earth gradually stabilizing. Probably not the program Saint-Saens had in mind, or that would pop in many other people's minds, but when I heard it, the soundtrack seemed obvious. Possibly I am quite mad. Enforcer84
Just discovered her though she's been around for a while, Laura Pergolizzi but she goes by LP She's got a tremendous voice...reminds me of Bernadette Peters. The music is power pop IMO but others may argue otherwise.
