The villain known as Lot is known for his portable armories which he uses to outfit himself with the right weapon for the job. Very few obstacles can stand up to his creations when he is trying to get somewhere quickly.

When the Shooting Stars were lost, their rogue's gallery didn't retire. They tried to implement their plans in the expectation the team would return. Other teams had to step in the Shooting Stars' place to stop these six menaces.

 

Who are these world class threats to the system?

He adjusted his claws, looked over his mechanical wings, and checked his helm. It was still red-black with the dryed blood of the leader of the Shooting Stars. The Stars bairly won that fight. Then they fadded from the superhero community. That won't do. So Silver Wing waits and plots for the return.

He is fat and obnoxious. He's God's gift to women and therefore a pain to Captain but he is Velocity's nemesis. He makes people slow down and alters their shape making them fat and unwieldy. He is a low level brick but can take a lot of physical punishment and it is highly improbable that he can be lifted off the ground. The guy with the gut hanging out of a top and trousers with the leer on his face ? That's Donut

Baron Winter has threatened the world with his mastery of storms and snow. Freezing regions so he can force the inhabitants out is a common ploy. Naturally his nemesis Cumulative tried to stop him at every turn.

HighDe

 

Someone who can grow this tall should be visible to someone like Psi-Eye but HighDe was invisible to him. He was able to lift people out of the way of the heroes and transport loot. However he realised that he needed help in getting away from all the Shooting Stars. He was the one who began looking at forming a team to battle the team. There are others but this bunch are the ones who have the most chance of success if the heroes return.

When Ikas Gra had the lab accident, he intended to first conquer his homeworld of Traxion 4 then rampage across the galaxy. But those accursed Shooting Stars kept foiling his plans Now with the Shooting Stars gone and five of their second rate enemies aiding him, Gravos will use  his control over gravity to conquer the universe.

 

By the way csy you forgot what this team is called.

Invidious the Dark

 

This 'magician' was a 'major' opponent of Baseline. His 'powers' are usually all gadget related despite the fact that he claims that his 'powers' come the force behind DEMON. DEMON agents and Morbanes have been known to facepalm when the name of Invidious the Dark is mentioned. Why he is a member of the group is hard to understand but HighDe was overheard saying to Silver Wing and Ikas Gra 'we do have Donut as a member you know'.

 

New Team: There has been an advert on TV which gave rise to the following team. Based on the Village People. So all men.

One of them is a motorcycle police officer;

One of them is a cowboy;

One of them is a Native American;

One of them is a construction worker;

One of them is a biker;

One of them is a soldier.

They are not psychotic killers and work well as a team. Any powers but they dress like the group.The names do not have to have anything to do with the costumes.

Gun-shy always wanted to be a cowboy. One day, he found a mystical badge. Using the badges power of flight and telekinesis, he became a western style supervillain. He named himself Gun-shy cause he never carries the darn things.

Sterling Snyder was a jerkass white guy with a TON of money and no common sense.  And he was a closet racist.  A trip to the Badlands of South Dakota saw him stealing a Cheyenne war bonnet from a reservation that was rumoured to make its wearer invulnerable.  And...it does!  Sort of.  Sure he might be bulletproof, but Snyder can't feel ANYTHING anymore  Like pain.  Or empathy (not that he had much beforehand).  Redskin (yes, he puts on racist face paint) thinks he's on top of the world now!

 

 

Guess who's just put himself on top of the hit list of The People too (entry 51 of this very thread)?  Yeah, Sterling might not be on top of the world for very much longer...

Jeff Barnes is Deconstruction, a mutant with the ability to cause inanimate objects to fall apart at a touch.  (He can do it at range too, though that requires more concentration and a lot more effort -- read:  1/2 DCV and 2x END.)  Though he's a demolitions specialist, he dresses like a construction worker purely for the irony.  As a complete aside, Decon (as his friends call him) also knows all the best bars in the city,

Bobo was once a happy chimpanzee, until he was snatched by Dr. Nymax! and forcefully evolved into his current form.  The twisted doctor also implanted human memories into Bobo (mainly to see if it was possible).  Specifically, he used the memories of a California highway patrol officer.  It worked, kinda sorta, though Bobo is far from the type "to serve and protect."  Bobo is now known as CHimP, riding around on his custom Harley dressed as a cop. 

 

One word of advice:  don't call him Ponch.  He really doesn't like that.

FCP

 

FCP is First Class Private and wears an army uniform. Except that he is not a soldier or a marine. He has the look and could drill with the best of them but has never served unless you mean in a restaurant. Dwayne Rogers can use a gun, he just does not like to. He uses what looks like a gun and can cause fire suppression with it. The gun makes a lot of noise and that usually causes people to duck and cover. He can also brawl when necessary.

Rawhide is a mutant with extremely thick skin. He wears his riding leathers and can ride a motorcycle. He is also the brick of the group.

While The Crimson Court of Farie is powerful and scary (with all the undead and a leader who is a walking puddle of blood), it is not always wise for them to leave Farie. The Knights of the Crimson Court serve the Crimson Court in there combin war against goodness and light and the Shadow Queen. Base all of them loosely off of King Crimson songs except Court of the Crimson King.

RED KNIGHTMARE

 

Una Moore was the cliche small town teen rebelling against authority by dabbling in the occult and self harm. She would probably have outgrown it if she hadn't found a lost grimoire of blood magic from the crimson court on Ebay.

 

 

Even then she didn't really belive in the magic not until the local football star tried to rape her during the violent assault with her blood flowing from cuts and scrapes from him trying to tear off her clothes she remembered the grimoire and it all became clear.

 

In pain and blood she found the magic and her most famous spell the blades of blood.

 

One evicerated football player later and the Red Knightmare was born. The trail of bodies when the local sheriff responded to the screams the dash cam footage showed her in tattered clothing and literally bathed in blood.

 

Since she joined the crimson court she has expanded her blood magic with enough blood she can do almost anything and luckily for her there is always lots of blood when she works.

VROOM- is a speedster/MA capable of running at approx. 200 MPH.  Little is know about him or why he joined, though he has indicated that his motives for teaming up with them, are purely personal rather any true devotion.

The Great Deceiver has a silver tongue that convinces anyone he is talking to that whatever he says is the truth.

Epitaph

 

He's death obsessed and convinced he can cause anyone's death by merely talking to them (he can't it is just that several people have died straight after he spoke to them). If that does not work he will go to great lengths to ensure their death trying to mimic such outlandish methods as anything that Poe or Dr Phibes could come up with or that would not have seem out of place in Theatre of Blood. The others tolerate him as he is rich. After all when you win the lottery what are you supposed to do with the cash ?
