Miss Terious

Teresa "Terri" Hausman is a quite bookish girl who seems to disappear into the background. she is probably the most academically gifted member of the deadly-tants and speaks several languages.

her ability to blend into the background is more than just figurative during her many hours in the the schools library she discovered a slim tome of ancient magic so far she has only mastered a few spells but her most potent allows her to turn into a ephemeral smoke like form and slip through any barrier. when stealth and subtlety is required Miss-terious is the girl for the job. as her skill and knowledge of magic grows she will become significantly more dangerous.

that's six so Hounds of hades time lol

The other bikers teased Barry Gustin about the winged shoes he was given... until he started running rings around them.  At first, he worried that would mean he'd have to give up his Harley and actually run everywhere, but then he discovered that while he wore the Sandals of Hermes, his motorcycle would also go much faster than normal.  He now calls himself Speed Trap

Paul Ciden enjoys swimming just as much as riding his hog. So he ended up with the Trident of Posidean (you know, Greek God of the Sea, damn my spelling) and takes the name Krackan. He uses the Trident to control water and to create tenticals of water wherever he wishes.

Dave Missan should have died several times. He has been in several accidents and miraculously walked unharmed from all of them. He put it down to his jacket. Some say it is just a biker's jacket. But others say it is the Babr-e Bayan the legendary coat of Rostam. He may have a point. He has been shot at point blank range and stabbed to no effect. Also he has been set on fire and thrown into a bath and attempted to be drowned. None of these things worked. Consequently Dave is called Lucky Devil. Well he has been called lots of other things but that is the one that has stuck.

Ruckus may not have been the first to start a barfight, but he tended to be the last one standing. And most times he started it. After the deal he found an apple in his pocket. He threw it away, and another appeared. After awhile he realized he could rub the apple on his gang jacket and anyone he threw the apple a would start fighting whoever he wanted. The fact the apple gets a golden sheen is totally lost of Ruckus.

Spider

The hounds defacto enforcer not because he's the biggest or toughest but because he's the most intimidating.

Everyone in the gang knew spider was a little bit nuts rumor had it he killed his cell mate in prison for snoring to loud made it look like he hung himself.

Even before they got their gifts spider was a scary dude over 6 foot of wirey muscle and twitchy violence covered in spiderweb tattoos. After they got the gifts he seemed to calm down but that hides the fact he is only ever moments from violence.

When the gang hangs out he sits doing cats cradle but one wrong move and he moves at lightning speed to deliver punishment.

The gift he received is Arachne's silver thread an unbreakable cord he uses to garrote ensnare and bind.

The thread also allows him to climb with ease and when the gang needs a guard or look out taken out he's fond of getting up high then taking them out with a silver lariat.

(With a huge nod to the Miscreants from Hermit's Adventures of Fish Guy story.)

The Media Moguls are villains who seem to exist mainly to get media exposure.  (At least, they talk a lot about crimes increasing their Q-rating, and almost always alert TV, radio, newspapers, and post on social media prior to pulling a job.)  The Moguls even have a (self-produced) documentary about their exploits (showing in select theaters, often whether the theater wants to show it or not).

Who are these six media-based supervillains?  And don't forget their group of non-powered agents - someone needs to give them a name and description as well.

Byline

This member of the moguls breaks the stories and build the others up. However he has a glass jaw. While able to take energy blasts one punch can deck him so a blow from a very strong brick could cripple or kill him. He thus tends to keep away from hand to hand combat. He also keeps up with the agents of the group the aptly names Mogulians.

The Director is the main reason the Moguls haven't ended up in jail.  (Or if they have, they didn't stay there very long.)  She is a decent teleporter herself, though her specialty is instantly moving others from place to place.  (Her favorite move is to wait until a foe is about to attack one of the Moguls, and then switch that Mogul with one of the attacker's teammates.  Wham!)

She also has a special pair of goggles and headset that allow her to see and hear from the POV of any of the Mogulians (thanks to the webcams and mini-microphones mounted on the agents' headgear).

People love to listen to Bob Galen talk. His deep powerful voice captaviates audiences. Which is how he ended up staring in the retroradio's dramatic rebrodcast of an old action show. Until the lighting blew up the transformer he was standing near. Suddenly he could not only manipulate sounds and radio waves, but by absorbing them turn into a giant powerhouse. Now when the Big Broadcast isn't on the front lines of the Mougl's super battles, he's taking over the radio waves to explain how the Moguls are the good guys.

BLOG (Battle Lord Overlord Guardian)

BLOG would be terrifying if his exploits were real. His reputation is so inflated by his devoted fans (or more likely a punishment for The Mogulians ) who post about how awesome he is on the internet. He can actually take a few hits from energy blasts or martial arts but otherwise he would go down quite easily. He is  actually a capable negotiator and can thus convince a team or individual hero to withdraw or let the Media Moguls go free to fight another day. This again enhances their reputation.

Chloe Gannett is pretty sure the adder that bit her when she was a teenager was radioactive.  After all, how else would she have been altered? Sure, she soon realized that she had become faster and more flexible than normal.  And the sharper incisors were a big tip-off (though since she rarely smiles, they're fairly easy to hide).

It did take her a while to discover that the venom injected by her bite is not fatal, though it does make the subject very susceptible to her commands and even her suggestions.  She also discovered that she can "milk" the venom into vials, so she can inject it using a hypodermic needle without the need for actual biting.

Taking the code name Berus (from vipera berus, the species name for the common European adder), she used her talents for personal gain, until she unwittingly crossed paths with VIPER.  They recruited her into Covert Cobra, assigning her to infiltrate the Guardhouse, UNTIL's North Atlantic super-prison.  She works in the prison's infirmary as a nurse, injecting her venom into inmates and guards when she has the chance.

Grass Snake

This member of Covert Cobra works in Stronghold. He coordinates information being passed to and from the inmates to the outside. He looks and acts just like a normal prison guard But he isn't. He has been injured a couple of times which threw off law enforcement attempts to identify the Viper link into the prison.Particularly as when he was out of the way a prison break and a smuggling operation were successfully implemented. Tom Laramie is just an ordinary guard with a good service record just not an exemplary one.

Took

Took is a mutant brick and a low level agent of VIPER'S Dragon Branch. Since bricks are a dime a dozen, he was lucky enough not to be captured, if only because he was rairly used in a mission (as other bricks with experience were perfected, like Boa Constrictor, Half-Jack, Megacrusher, and even Ripper). So, Took was set up as a minor superhero in order to influtrate a super hero group. He did (exactly what team is up to the GM), the super team he influtrate is not a major group, but they are on the cusp of becoming more than local darlings. If only they knew there is a snake in the grass on the team, slowly pointing the team to put a cramp on VIPER'S rivals and to move the team away from major VIPER operations.

Sliver

Michael Voss has perhaps one of the most dangerous jobs as a member of Covert Cobra. Not only is he in PRIMUS, he is one of the Silver Avengers. He keeps a lower profile than the others but it is only a matter of time before he is asked to turn on the good guys full time. He got moved to another city which thwarted one betrayal which his employers wanted. Meantime Michael plays it nice, slow and easy.

Harry Winston is Sharper. He nominally acts as an investigator for the local DA. Sometimes he has to act in Viper's interest and get rid of a witness, or evidence. No one has connected him to his psi-blade using alter ego, but it is only a matter of time before he will have to give up his cover and become a full fledged villain.

Thomas Serpico showed up at the CI.A. one day with a startling admission. He was a member of VIPER and had stolen several data files. He had been working as an analyist and was never really thrilled when he found out the company he worked for was a VIPER front. The info wasn't overly important, but he passed all tests for honesty. The C.I.A. put him to work checking other VIPER related info and he proved very useul. Now he helps analyize lots of info and his former Viper ties are nearly forgotten. There is just one problem. Thomas is really Ecdysis with the ability to not only shapeshift to a limited degree but alter mental processes. So lie detectors and mentalists all find he's totally loyal to the C.I.A. while he betrays them to VIPER.

Bummbleshoot is the umbrella obsessed crime lord of Gritty City. With his gimicked umbrella weapons and his henchmen the Overcast Men and the Parasol Girls, he covers the entire city. Crime will never be washed away in the rain if Bummbleshoot has anything to say about it.

Pitty Ratman for such a archenemy.
