One of the members of the Strikeforce the organisation uses.

Curt Lansen is known as The Swede. You cannot miss him. He is bigger than a normal man in both height and width. And he has hands like shovels. He does not wear a costume and goes unmasked. Although he is larger than a normal person his strength is not vastly greater. However when he hits someone or something tyhe damage is very impressive. Only the most invunerable can survive a punch or a slap from his hands. For anyone else one hit and you are history. One of his team mates is a mentalist and so it is unusual for him to be subject to illusions, mind control or telepathy.

Well, I'll make a try at this

Titanus(seemed like the name the character had in the dream, so I will go with for now)

He was born in a small village.   But, one day, the guerillas came.  For years, the villagers had placed trust in a mysterious super who had "promised" to protect them.   Titanus's father had long tried to dissuade them of this, believing the man a charlatan, desperately trying to persuade the elders to train the village to defend themselves.  It was now too late.  ANd their "hero" wasnt coming.

Titanus and a few others would eventually make it out alive. Unfortunately, most didnt, used for "practice" by the guerilla forces.  His parents were "shooting practice".  His younger brother speared by a bayonet.  His fiancee?  She was beaten to death with rifle butts.   Obviously, he came out quite bitter.  And vowed revenge against the pretend superhero and the guerillas he had seemingly sold them out to.

This led Titanus to the organization.  His reckless abandon (some would argue suicidal) in battle grew much interest in some of the higher ups.  He was sent for Black Knight training.  He was one of the top trainees, and came out leading one of the newly formed squads.

As luck would have it, their very first mission was to eliminate a group of guerillas who had come into conflict with some organization's interest.  As so happened that SAME guerilla group.  Not given a specific method of disposal in his orders.  He made sure it was as bloody and hideous as he could make it.  One of the few unlucky to survive the slaughter was tortured, and that was when Titanus learned that indeed the village had been sold out by the pretender years ago.  Confirming his father's suspicions.  He was now more determined than ever to hunt him down.

Years passed, Titanus and his squad was one of the most feared in the ranks of the Black Knights.  Leading from the front with his usual reckless abandon for his own well-being (though he was somehwat concerned for his comrades') and one of the few Black Knights who absolutely refused to wear armor, no matter the mission.  Those who faced his unit didnt know whether he was suicidal or crazy, but he was never injured, his squad always succeeded.  Enemies began to think him unbeatable and by extension his group.  Eventually luck would run out for some of his men.  Half were killed in a mission and the team was later disbanded. Moving to other positions in the organization.  Titanus was handpicked for the StrikeForce.(at least one of the other survivors, I might can make into a Strike Force member if wanted)

As far as Titanus goes.  He cant quite be considered a normal human.  Years of battle and training has made him quite skilled for starters.  And he does seem to have an almost supernatural ability of luck to survive in battle.   He still has some of the equipment from his Black Knight days (sans armor of course).  Though upon joining the Strike Force he was given the honor to posess one of the mystical artifacts that the organization had collected.  A mysterious claymore, that he wields with frightening agility, (suggesting high-levels in his attributes, or the claymore is "helping" him) which has become his primary weapon.  In appearance he has long preferred to cover his face in an effort, in his mind, "to suppress the past".   THough if a decent amount of his body is uncovered a multitude of scars will reveal while he has great luck in surviving, he has most certainly dealt with his share of physical pain in the process of battle. One reason he was willing to join was to presumably increase the chances of finding his nemesis, and end it once and for all.

Note: His past experience could let him be leader, or 2nd-in-command of the force, depending on who else eventually fills the membership.

Very nice Badger.

Eugene Spencer is the mentalist of the Strikeforce. But not by choice. You see Eugene was one of those 'annoying, out for themselves' mentalists with a virtually invisible form of mind control. Things would have turned out quite differently if Eugene had selected another company to plunder and have fun with and not one of the fronts for the organisation. His meddling was detected almost immediately and then he walked straight into an ambush where he found himself up against all the heads of the organisation. Unlike his previous battles this was over quickly and was very one sided. The bosses took his powers and 'restructured' them. Now he works for the Strikeforce and would do anything for the organisation. He has a suite of mental powers and is devoted to his team mates. He is more rational and caring than he has been in years. His mind control is nowhere near as powerful as it once was but Mentalus does not care. However part of Eugene still howls in agony at what he has become and vows revenge. A revenge that he will never be able to take.

Ever wonder if after all this time the Apache are still a force to be reckoned with ? That they still have pride ? Look no further than this example for proof. Leaping Deer grew up on the reservation and learned to hate the way she was viewed as a second class citizen in her country by colonists. Time and time again she saw others men and women, old and young made the butt of jokes by those not of the Nation. And her anger kindled. She grew to be a beautiful but haughty woman who demanded a warrior win her heart. However she was always one step ahead of victimisation and the humiliating tricks that people wished to play on her. Until the night a contest on brains and beauty at a bar off the reservation was awarded to the local good time girl. Even she was embarrassed by it but none of those responsible could do any worse because there were other Apache present who had not been drinking and the Sheriff was also there.

Leaping Deer left unscathed but filled with the desire for revenge and that was when the organisation met her. They took her, trained her and gave her power. She went through the Black Knight program and was noted as a prodigy. Now as The Brave, she fights for the organisation. She is stronger than a normal human but not as strong as The Swede. She has been trained in martial arts but is not an expert. She also has other powers, minor energy projection for one. But she uses the tools of her people, the knife, the tomahawk and the bow. She is a jack of all trades also skilled in disabling systems to allow break ins.

She gets on well with Titanus because she understands his hate.

I have an idea for one of the upper council (or an upper advisor, behind the scenes, at least)

Rose the Undying,  a witch that dates back to at least the 18th century. She remains young and beautiful by occasionally draining hapless victims of their life force.  She joined the behind the scenes operations to further her own secret nefarious plans.

Note:  Got this idea from coming across a Golden Girls commercial tonight (think Betty White)

Well, I couldnt get the cyborg part to work, so it is just an alien with high tech.  But, here is a try at it.

Reptillus is a galactic bounty hunter with a reputation as one of the most relentless and fearsome trackers in the galaxy (probably not known on a backwater like Earth).  A species best described as looking like a "humanoid dragon".  (Note: A frequent hire by the alien aspect of the organization).

Reptillus is kind of an unofficial/parttime member of the Strike Force.  Sometimes working with them, sometimes on solo bounties.  "The 8 foot tall reptile dude".  He uses a wide array of high tech gadgets to catch his quarry, as well advanced weaponry in battle.  Including his ship which since coming to spending an expanded amount of time on Earth he renamed The Komodo's Bite  (he loves the "little" critters, they physically resemble what passes for domesticated dog equivalent on his home planet).   When chasing his "prey" (aka bounty) he has been known to allow a lower risk quarry to escape now and again to prolong the hunt.  But, he'd rather have a worthy opponent to track. Even desiring to shed his technology to go one-on-one in a hunt in the wilderness, if possible.

In larger battles, while much stronger than a human, he does prefer to use his heavy and/or advanced weaponry on ground or The Komodo's Bite for aerial battle.  When working with the Strike Force, he does tend to like Titanus, and Brave as he considers them "warriors".  He hates Mentallus, and merely tolerates him.  According to him his people in the distant past his people were subjected by a race of telepathic aliens.  They would eventually evolve a partial immunity to mental powers as a result.  In fact (depending on whether the incident should have details) he could have been the bounty hunter who captured Mentallus.

Note: I was originally going to put them in the create a villain duo group but realized they had more potential with the organization here.

A recent hire by the organization is the mercenary duo EEU-5 and The Mad Mime.   Information is incomplete on these 2 as they have only been on the radar for around 2 years.  With their last few appearances, coming on organization missions.  On the surface they appear to be mismatch of logic and insanity, but in reality they seem to have turned themselves into a highly efficient team in battle.

EEU-5 is short for Experimental Exoframe Unit v.5.0.  What is known about his past is that he is widely thought to be a creation of a known mad scientist, given similarities to previous machines used by said scientist.  It has not been disclosed what happened to the first 4 or if their are more built after him.  Information disclosed by the unit indicates it went rogue for whatever reason from his creator.  But given the scientist hasnt been heard from since this machines first appearance leads to suscpicion he may have killed his master when he went rogue.  Mysteries abound as to why, as he has appeared otherwise coldly rational and logical, with unquestioning loyalty to whatever his current employer happens to be.  One of the recent agents (note: agents of whatever good guys fight the organization) who fought him in their last appearance upon asking why he is doing this merely got the answer that his primary programming is to "seek conflict".

In appearance it appears has an approximately 12 foot tall robot colored in green and white with broad "shoulders" and gangly "limbs". sometimes commented as looking like a "mini-mecha". It also generally stands in a slightly-hunched over stance.  While, In battle, the unit appears very methodical preferring to analyze the battlefield seeking weaknesses in his foes, and in their strategies and tactics.  While mere conjecture without having the chance to analyze it, it is theorized he has a variety of machinery to analyze hidden within him.  When an opening appears he is well-equipped to use an array of weaponry.

The Mad Mime, on the other hand, appears quite different.  A girl who appears in her late teens and approximately 5'2", wearing clown-makeup, her dark hair in sailor moon type pigtails, clad in a black "superheroine-type" outfit, black boots and for some reason always wearing a cape. Almost nothing is known for certain about her past.  In battle she uses acrobatic maneuvers, ninja moves, and martial arts to bounce around the area. Often using EEU-5 as a perch/wall for her maneuevers.  She especially loves using flying body slams on fellow martial arts types. Leading to theories she has abnormally high constitution.  She has never spoken in battle, whether she is playing the clown/mime motif, is truly mute, or merely doesnt care to speak in battle is unknown.  Sometimes appears mentally/emotionally unstable in her appearances, whether she actually is, or merely acting (or a combination) is not known.  An odd "tick" of hers is after performing a body slam she likes to pose with a combination of Sailor Moon and Gene Simmons elements.

Note:  I might still have to flesh these 2 out a little.  Probably the mime's background. And I especially want to delve into the robot's weaponry once I figure it out.

EEU-5

plasma cannon

machine gun

radar/sonar

retractible limbs

rocket jets [short range flight]

Thanks, yeah I was thinking along those lines.

I was thinking some kind of cannon hidden within the left arm-plasma makes sense.  A machine gun somewhere was also on the list.   Radar and sonar makes sense too.  I was trying to decide whether to make him a flyer or not, but yeah some short range flight would work (especially in concert with MM, while hovering over the battlefield, she could pull a jump off EEU-5, grab an opponent in air and do an epic body slam).  The retractible limbs makes sense to work in hiding the weaponry as needed.

Other things I have thought of: A rocket launcher, maybe 2, hidden as needed.   Probably some sort of energy-reading sensor (to measure any supers energy-type and energy-level).  And a database to record and analyze all fights to help predict possible strategy and tactics, strengths and weaknesses any opponents previously met have and how to best to defeat them.  I also thought his partner might benefit in having some throwing knives and stars (being ninja-like) although she probably want use them incredibly often.  Wouldnt hurt to have them in reserve (and appropriate considering style)

Course, I didnt have it figured out how they originally teamed up.  Possibly something as simple as their first common employer teaming up for whatever reason.  And a possible reason they work efficiently is they have an unspoken method of communication.  (say she uses hand signals-whose meanings change from fight to fight-which would explain some of her excessive posturing, not sure exactly for the robot communicating to her, possibly some hidden communication device.......or I may be overthinking their need to communicate, maybe it doesnt need to be covered)

"The Rebirth Initiative"

Ultimate Goal?  Not world dominance, but a modified New World Order.  Capture Supers, collectivize their powers and disperse this back into the genetic pool to give a mass reset to the entire world.

Scruples? Oddly, quite a few - while they will kill, hunt, wheel-n-deal; they ultimately want every formerly downtrodden individual to suddenly stand on equal footing with the rest of the world.  Simultaneously wiping out cancer, plague, debt and nationalism.

Tropes: Magneto's (Movie) Brotherhood of Mutants, Fight Club -debt erasure, and "the gold-hearted mad scientist."

Means: Hiding out in individual countries with a combination of non-extradition clauses and few qualms with genetic engineering, they build charities, research centers, and political asylums.  They will ALWAYS seem like "the good guys" compared to the PCs.  For every bit of collateral damage, their media-relations folks will make the Heroes seem like pitiful fools hell bent on the destruction of "once safe and peaceful lands."  Any attacks on their experimentation will be the sign of "environmentalist wackjobs."

When this thing slipped off the front page I kind of forgot about it.   I'm not really good with vehicles and bases though.   I might can describe where the locations are, personnel/commander, and possible goals/reasons for it being located there, maybe.  Somebody else would have to detail the base out.
