Tedology
Hello all, So I'm contemplating what scale I'll use for my games. I know the 6th ed. suggests 1" = 2 m, but I'm wondering if I don't want to try: 1" = 1 m for simplicity's sake? Also, if I draw the map, and a doorway is one hex wide, that would make sense... as most doorways are not about 6' wide. Just thought I'd ask you what you use for your campaigns (if any)? Thanks much and have a wonderful Wednesday! Ted
GhostDancer
I use mostly 1" = 2m, but I vary this at will. For example, I have some maps where each hex = 1km.
Tedology
Thanks for answering, GhostDancer. Yes, I would reckon it depends on where the characters are.
Vondy
I use a 1:1 scale. Ergo 1 hex = 1 meter. Or, 1 hex = 39.3700787 inches for the metrically disinclined.

I will sometime switch to 1" = 1M(1y) If I am using Maps designed for GURPS.
