toddwin
Hello, I'm writing up a series of mutants with low level powers as a crime team. How would you write up a thief whose touch is invisible to the target? I was thinking about invisibility to touch. Or flash to the touch sense. Thoughts? drunkonduty
Invisibility to touch sounds right to me. Definitely not a flash, that would numb the target which in itself is a give away that something is going on.
Zeropoint
Teleport, IPE, Only Vs. things in pockets? Nah, I'd probably just buy Invisible to Touch as a naked advantage for the character's STR, maybe with a limitation.

freakboy6117
i did a few powers for a low level version of a character she became a powerful gate teleporter but the early version had a very short safe blind teleport and stretching does not cross intervening space made it easy to burgle places, pick pockets, and crack safes(or vending machines shes homeless at this point).
