If I buy the Skill Enhancer Expert (from the APG), and define it as Martial Arts, does that reduce the cost of each maneuver by a point? Does it also affect Weapon Familiarity?
(I'm doing a Deathstroke homage for the board, and my own take on it is, you still have to pay full cost for each martial art maneuver and Weapon Familiarity. But I think I should check with the creator of the Skill Enhancer first.)
