JmOz
This character is designed to be a combination of three of my favorite characters. Hopefully the who is easily recognizable. A couple of house rules are being used, primarily the No Everyman Skills, VPP Gadget pool and VPP Base rules. Tell me what you all think The Fox.HTML

JmOz
Any other thoughts? I have the actual version the players will interact with at home. Much toned down physical characteristics and skills (After his last epic battle with crimelord he is crippled)

JmOz
Do you feel it gives the right Zorro meets Batman vibe?
Comic
I get a distinct Phantom feel, slightly more than Batman or Zorro, with aspect of The Shadow. The Fox is certainly has the eternal pulp champion thing going for him. Nicely done.
JmOz
Phantom was the third character I was referencing in the first post, so glad to hear it. How the Shadow however? I did not think of him as I was making him, just curious. (I like him to however, so will take it )
Comic
Phantom was the third character I was referencing in the first post, so glad to hear it. How the Shadow however? I did not think of him as I was making him, just curious. (I like him to however, so will take it ) Like The Fox, The Shadow had an extensive network of contacts and allies, moreso than most, and was highly trained in mental discipline as an original part of his story; this mental discipline was mostly a later addition to the others. Of what I think of as the Big Six of pulp (Batman, Doc Savage, Phantom, Shadow, Spirit and Zorro), Fox looks to me most like the Shadow in tactics and role. Though, to be fair, they all are similar in this regard, so I may be imagining it.
