The picture is of Snowstorm who was one of the first recurring villains in the campaign. However I like Steraica's take and so pick Aquarium

Thank you. I'll try to find a decent pic for everyone. So, what can you make from him?

Speed Skater

A mysterious figure who once appeared only when ice formed on surfaces, Speed Skater can now generate a thin film of ice that he can skate on. People are not sure whether this is a man or something else. The skater can use physical force against people but cannot generate ice as a weapon. The skates are incredibly sharp but the Skater does not usually engage in killing combat unless they have no other choice but they will try to disarm people first by destroying their weaponry or transport. If the Skater is paired with someone with cold powers they are formidable.

White Racer

An enigmatic villain that wears a sleek, light but surprisingly durable body suit the provides a number of powers including not only impressive physical protection but the ability to create and shape localized endothermic (cold) fields. Basically creating super cold, super hard ice around the skates that he uses for rapid movement, barriers and blockades ('skidding' to create walls of ice in his wake, create slick ice fields and other stunts). He is very creative  in the use of his abilities and hard to catch being bent more on theft and escape than mayhem.

But its where he gets his unsual gear that is the more interesting part of the story. Its sport equipment, specifically a Exo Speed skiing suit from the 3018 Solar Olympics. Meant for racing events on icy outer moons and even across the frozen surface of comets which explains its heavy duty life support and protective systems, strength boost and computerized systems.

As for how a two bit teen hood and former professional snowboarder got his hands on technology from 1000 years in the  future that answer is surprisingly simple: Jumper.

40239398512_3662800fdd_z.jpg

A young woman that uses her unusual psychic powers and her own stolen technology to make a tidy profit by providing incredibly high tech gear to criminals will to pay her fee and split some of their profits with her. Jumper is a mutant, gifted with the power of psychometry. She can read the psychic impressions of on objects, learning not just events tied to them but their connection to individual. Oddly enough her power allows to teleport herself to the general location of an object that's connected to person she's read, a genetic relative or sensed from another object connected to them. She can with effort determine the web of ownership around an object or a person's possessions. Both currently in the AND in the future.

Experimentally using her power of herself lead her to the isolated laboratory of a cousin, an eccentric scientist working temporal theory. That would be built several years from now. Jumper waited, watching her descendant from afar then at the right moment, sneaked into her facility and used her device to send a copy of her plans back to the moment she's discovered their connection. So from Jumper's perspective, they appeared the moment the idea struck her.

Time Travel is odd.

Even better, a successive line of more refined devices appeared almost immediately after the first culminating in her current glove. She's not sure why they stopped, nor does she really care. Jumper is bright but intellectually lazy and surprisingly short sighted for someone that view the future.. Jumper uses her power and temporal glove to steal items that resonate with her clients, usually from their future descendants, that provide them with power; power that they almost inevitably use for criminal ventures. She either charges a large lump sum payment or a split of their take from a set amount of time (usually depending on clues she's garnered from their future). Its been very profitable so far. She bills herself as a genius inventor which apparently her decedents will be so and they must have inherited it from her. After all, she got good grades when she bothered to show up, so fair enough.

Truthfully sometimes the sudden cessation of "gifts" from her future self does bother Jumper but that's borrowing tomorrow's problems for today, isn't it?

This is the deadline day unless I'm misread the time of your original post.

Then you and White Racer gets it.

As for the character, his name is some Italian ice treat, and his stand is White Album (after the Beetals infamous untitled album with the all white image). He is only the second of two wearable stands (the other is Osiris). And his stand allowed him to generate ice, and to skate. He is a henchmen of the Pasione crime syndicate boss Crimson King, and one of the assassins after Trish Unn and her stand Spice Girl.

Things might of turned out different if Crimson King's owner decided not to send Giovanni and his friends to fetch his bastard daughter so he could kill her himself...

Heh, well this picture is going over like a stink bomb in church. I'll give it a couple more days and if  there's no interest an everyone is amiable, pass it to Death Tribble. I think his entry was more deserving. Mine was more the background of Jumper than White Racer. Cool?

Sharpshooter

An ex-marine Sharpshooter is also part American Indian but he does not acknowledge which nation he owes allegiance to. He takes out targets with what appears to be a makeshift bow but it is anything but. His arrows can be silenced and can cause explosions but he prefers to take opponents alive. He uses his knife if he loses the bow. He is used as a tracker or a hunter by people who usually don't have FBI or other access

Not much is known about the assassin known as Dragonbones.  That he's an accomplished martial artist is plainly evident, especially when wielding his unique three-section staff made from the toe bones of a true red dragon he defeated in combat - at least, so he claims.  Mystics verified that the blistering flames generated by either end of his staff are definitely magical, which bolsters his claim a bit.  But where exactly he came from, or why he goes after the people he targets, is a mystery.

Photo not showing, unless the kitten is it.

Oops. It's showing up now.

He is Bloody Bones, a trained martial artist and assassin whos gimmick are bone shaped weapons, be it a three section staff made to resemble bones, to poisonous 'bone dust', to rib shaped 'capture cage' to slip around the victims arms and chest. Don't even ask about his skull morning star.

Tell me about this guy

Scarlet Dragon

Aspiring actor, Danny Chen was physically gifted, photogenic and to be fair, not a bad actor. What he couldn't seem to get was a break. The big budget action movie market was in a serious slump and no on was casting aside from bit parts and while playing “Panicked Bystander #24” paid the bills (mostly, with the help of part time waiter gig) but it wasn't exactly satisfying or the sort of thing that got your name up in lights

So when the offer came in to audition for a part for a starring role in an small studio's independent film, Danny jumped at the chance. Small was better than nothing and allot of big stars had gotten their start in little films or so his agent Marcy assured him. The audition went flawlessly, so perfect it almost felt like a formality (but Danny didn't want to get cocky).

The project was unusual though, intended to be in part advertised via a viral marketing campaign where Danny's character “Scarlet Dragon” would appear in videos on social media, post to Twitter and other internet appearances as if he were a real vigilante up until the ad spots debuted. Danny was fascinated and eagerly played along though the shoots and training were grueling. He had some experience with the martial arts and the moves he was taught to emulate had a real air authenticity to them despite being kind of flashy and esoteric.

This went on for weeks and grew to include some 'live action' appearances in costume. Danny kept track of his character's online presence and was pleased to find that he was becoming quite popular though many people thought he was real. He feared that might backfire when the truth came but was told not to worry by the director; who's name he never learned.

Then it happened, at an public appearance by James Ho, a Chinese American business man of some wealth and power, the Crimson Dragon appeared.

And killed him. In public, on camera.

But it wasn't Danny in the costume. He was out with his girlfriend at the time, watching in horror as the murder played out live. Panicked, Danny called his agent, then went after when he got no answer only to find her office ransacked and her dead body draped across her desk festooned with throwing knives like his 'character' used. Her files and records were gone, her computer smashed, taking most of the evident that would lead directly to him but also any evidence of the film he'd supposedly been hired to make. But there was likely plenty of forensics and other information. Danny had to flee as the police arrived shortly after he did and he made his way across the rooftops using some of his natural athletic ability in ironic emulation of his now wanted fictional persona.

He'd been set up. He didn't know why someone would have gone through such a convoluted plan. to frame him so he suspects it  was a plan to kill James Ho, who security was normally quite paranoid. But they'd let their guard down when a 'hero' like Scarlet Dragon had appeared. Ho was rich and popular but rumored to have criminal ties including Chinese organized crime. He's tried to find any of the other cast he could be they've so far been missing or dead, the shooting location abandoned. Even worse, apparently there is a real Scarlet Dragon, an Asian assassin of some repute in the underworld but almost unknown to the law abiding world and likely very unhappy about being dragged into the light.

Danny is going to need help to get out of this a free (and breathing) man, but from who?
