There's also an interesting-sounding licensed book in the Hero website store combining the Lovecraft Mythos with superheroes, although it doesn't specify (and I can't recall) whether it's for 5E or 6E: http://www.herogames.com/forums/store/product/135-adventures-into-darkness-hero-system-pdf/

Just to add that, the character writeups provided in http://www.herogames.com/forums/store/product/135-adventures-into-darkness-hero-system-pdf/ are written in 5th edition.  I enjoyed it, but I'm a big fan of the Golden Age as well as just about anything by Ken Hite.  Your mileage may vary.

Assuming that by Cthulhu Hero you mean Cthulhu + Supers, you should try to track down a copy of an old article from Pyramid:

Lovecraftian Supers

Using the Mythos to Power Your Metahumans

by Joshua Marquart & Chad Underkoffler

Hey LL, how's tricks?  I guess the title of this thread was enough to bring me out of lurk mode.

Horror Hero had a section on Shock and Stress, and how these could lead to characters picking up additional psychological limitations.  Basically their version of the Sanity Loss mechanic from Call of Cthulhu. You could easily roll your own system, so I wouldn't call this a necessity, but it is an interesting view into Hero Games circa the early 90's.

Gurps Horror is a better treatment of the subject of Horror in general in role playing, and you can get it in pdf, but i don't recall if it had anything specific to CoC style gaming.
