JmOz
Looking at plopping down the $2 (But have to wait to get my wallet back that is in my car that I loaned to someone) for this, and wondering if it is worth it. I am looking specifically at two of the templates (The Caped Crusader and Themed hero). I have been working on a project related to these two types so think it might or might not be worth it (Ok it's only $2). I just wondered what others had thought of it... IndianaJoe3
If you have the 6e Champions genre book, you're probably familiar with the Superhero Gallery. This is another set of templates along those lines.
JmOz
I kind of figured as much. I know I will get it unless people say it is terrible (And I don't think it would be with Steve writing it)
IndianaJoe3
I bought it promptly when it was released, and do not regret that decision. I confess that I haven't actually had the chance to use the material because my local gaming group is on permanent hiatus.
Scott Baker
As IndianaJoe said, it's the same format as in 6E Champions. Just a note: the 2 templates you mentioned are actually called Caped Detective and Themed Gadgeteer. Both of those templates have 2 options for attack powers, so that I think that would be the biggest limit if you wanted to generate a lot of these archetypes. But again, that's similar to the original templates in Champions.
IndianaJoe3
If you want more info, there was a discussion thread in the Champions forum when it came out.
