Female Dhampir

I am not sure if this is the right spot for the post.  I need some help with a M2F transsexual dhampir I am working on.  I have 400 points to spend on her  She is a vampire hunter.  The vampire she hunts have the strengths and weaknesses of the vampire in Bram Stoker's Dracula.  Do you think she should have some level of Striking Appearance?

 

 

Physical Description: A petite woman walks in, moving with grace.  She is muscular in an athletic way, sleek muscles rippling under her pale skin.  Her lustrous jet-black hair that is tied in a ponytail descends to her legs.  Her angelic looking face is wide at the temples and hairline, narrowing to a small delicate chin.  In both of her ears she wears four aquamarine earrings.  Her perfectly shaped jet-black brows lead to her perfectly shaped narrow nose and thick lashes that bat sweetly over her ice blue eyes.  Her eyes pierce you as you gaze into them.  Her lips are bow shaped.  She stands with elegance; she is at home wherever she is.  Around her neck she wears a golden cross.  She wears a black bomber leather jacket, the style of which had come and gone out of public fashion since the early 1980s though it's roots could be found in the US air force of the 1940s.  The jacket ended neatly at the waist line.  Underneath was a tight, form fitting tank belly shirt that openly revealed her midriff and for all it's sensual vulnerability might deter from any suspicion of her nature as a predator of predators.  Her very toned and tight buttocks and waist and legs are encased in a pair of tight leather pants.  She wears biker style boots that ended just before the knee and high on the shin. The toes of the boots were capped with sturdy metal tips to increase the impact of kicking and to protest her toes.

Weight: 110 lbs
Distinguishing Features: She has sharp maxillary canines fangs.  On the inner side of her left wrist is the tattoo of an ouroboros.  On her lower back is a tattoo.  She has at least two more tattoos.

History: She was born David Frost on 1989 in San Francisco.  One month before she was to be born her mother was turned into a vampire by the vampire Trevor Vaughn.
     She lived with her aunt and uncle.  Her aunt and uncle decided to that they could no longer live together so they decided to get a divorce.  Her aunt and uncle divorced three months after she turned four.  She decided to live with aunt.  Two months after her aunt and uncle got divorced her aunt moved back to Los Angeles.
     A two months after her fifth  birthday her aunt took her to see a therapist about her wanting to be a girl when she was born a boy.  After a few therapy sessions it was discovered that she was transgender.  After the therapy sessions her aunt let her start living as a girl.  Her aunt also let her change her name to Sarah which choose as her new name.
     Her aunt let her go to kindergarten as Sarah which made her very happy.
     She started hormone therapy at age thirteen.
     Unknown to her at the time was that Henry, who was one of her best friends and a year and half older then her was falling in love with her.  Three months after her fifteenth birthday he asked her out on a date.  He wanted to make the date they went out on a dinner and then a movie.  She thought it might be interesting to go out with Henry on a date.  Henry took her to Scots so she could get her favorite food which was a chile cheese hamburger.  After the movie Henry drove and when Henry reached Sarah house Henry preceded to kiss Sarah.  Before Henry could kiss Sarah she said she has something to him.  Sarah told Henry that she was born a boy.  After that Henry told Sarah that he did not care that she was born a boy because to him she had always been a woman.  Next Sarah made out with Henry for a few minute then she left Henry’s car and when into her home.
     On her eighteenth birthday she woke up strange felling in her body.  She noticed that after eating breakfast that it did nothing to get rid of the strange feeling in her body.  She also noticed that breakfast did not taste the same as it use to taste.  As the day went on the strange feeling in her body got strong.  After.  While her aunt was cooking dinner she managed to cut herself with a knife.  Sarah felt some come over her when she saw her aunt bleeding.  Sarah noticed she felt like licking the blood from her aunt’s wound.  Something came over Sarah and she went over to her aunt’s wound and began drinking the bleed from her aunt’s wound.  Sarah started notice that the strange feeling her body was going away while she was drinking the blood from her aunt’s wound.  When she was done drinking the blood from aunt’s wound her aunt pasted out.  When her aunt woke up she asked Sarah was she drunk the blood from her wound.  Sarah said to her aunt that felt something come over her and that she need to drink the blood from her aunt’s wound.  She also told her aunt that she and strange feeling in her body and that after drinking her aunt’s blood that the strange feeling in her body was gone.  After telling that to her aunt her aunt felt it was the right time to tell Sarah about her mother and about Sarah’s birth.  Her aunt told Sarah that her mother left her a letter detailing how she was turned by the vampire Trevor Vaughn in to a vampire while she was pregnant with her.  The letter also said from her Aunt and her not to go looking for because it would only lead to trouble.

Here is the description of her as of right.  She is either going to be 5'0' or 5'3".  I am on the fences about her having pale skin.  I am trying to figure out three of her four tattoos that i want her to have.  I am thinking one her tattoos is a Swedish Malin.

It's a PDF from the Hero Games website store containing full HERO 6E character sheets for thirteen vampire types from folklore and fiction. You might find it inspirational both for your character, and for varying the types of vampires she goes after.
