The above character seems to be a bit underpowered for a Warlords of Draenor era game.I think she should have a Psych Limit Peacemaker, prefers to talk things out over fighting. She should have better protections than her magic robe. and ones that are outside her Multipower. Perhaps she should have a VPP instead? She also should have Unified Power (Arcane Magic) for her powers. She has no skills. She should have interpersonal skills like Oratory, Persuasion etc. Perhaps limit her to dc12 (ie 60-75pt powers). Then she would need less endurance. Also, perhaps a slight reduction of Characteristics? Again I really don't know what you are "shooting" for with the Character.In game she has the ability to Teleport others at least a mile as an Area Effect Attack. Thank you guys. 1) The use of interpersonal skills should be nice. 2) I hated Draenor, it ruined WoW for me IMO (Disagree if you want). 3) I think that a MP is better than a VPP for her. She really didn't create her own spells. 4) I really need to reduce her BODY and STUN to fit in some of these suggestions. 5) The replacement of the Pysch Comp with Peacemaker would make sense. Thank you very much I will not put your suggestions to waste. She can still have a set spell list with a VPP. In WoW the character's abilities are VERY combat oriented. Which leaves a lot of utility magics that Mages typically have in the fantasy genre not apparent. Since you are bringing these characters over from an MMO into a Tabletop RPG. I would recommend that you first set campaign baselines. Once you know that then it becomes easier to build PC's. You need to know averages of Damage Class (ie 12d6 aka DC12), Dexterity, Speed, OCV, DCV, PD/ED (and resistant PD and ED). One thing I have noticed is that the PC's you have created are all over the landscape when it comes to powerlevels. Also my "How to create Balanced Hero System Characters" (see my signature for a link). will help you to choose those guidelines and show how the numbers work together. For Arthas I tried to represent the fact that he is scary by putting a Pos Rep on him. I guess it needs more? I totally forgot that Tirion broke Frostmourne (Luckily it doesn't change the cost). I was working on a soul stealing ability, but I was having a little bit of difficulty making it. I was thinking a Drain PRE linked to the HTH Killing with a Aid HTH linked to the Drain PRE with a limitation that says "Must Drain All PRE or Kill the Target." This was my greatest difficulty about his character, so I wanted to see what others would think. I have looked at the forum link you posted, I REALLY like that process. I may continue to use it for characters that I haven't made yet. BTW, i am working on Uther, and I have no idea how to make a Divine Shield. Any ideas? For any of the ablative shields. Just use barrier and medium PD/ED and enough body to last a few attacks. PS those are the campaign Limits, What are you AVERAGES?
