CptPatriot
I was looking for a reference to a Questonite blade of some sort in a 5th or 6th Edition sourcebook. Can anyone tell me how it was written up and where?

pinecone
There is also a Q weapon in UNTIL...a scimitar I think...?
TheQuestionMan
Destrium - Closest to Questionite. Kendrium - Lesser form of Questionite. Questionite - Strongest known metal. Note; Radioactive has had strange effects on subjects. Neutronium - Hyper dense metal. More later QM
segerge
Falchion, a supervillain in Doctor Destroyer's employ, has Destreum blades that IIRC do APx2 *and* Penetratingx1.
Christopher
In the end, Questionite is the legally-distinct-brother of adamantium from Marvel. Anything taht would make sense for Wolverines claws or Captain America's shield works here (or was the shield Vibranium/Steel? Can not keep those metals straight). CptPatriot
I'm curious how these weapons were written up. The weapon in CC and the HSEG was AP, Double Penetrating as Hyper-Man & Amorca mentioned.
steriaca
If I remember correctly, Questonite was originally a super durable plastic.
concord
STARGUARD INTERNATIONAL, a.k.a. SGI, from Super Agents was the first time I remember the mention of Questonite and it was a plastic. It was invented by Jonny Quest's dad, Benton Quest. Although it was not spelled out in the supplement it was implied. History of SGI "The company was founded in 1976 by Dr. J.A. Quest, son of the world famous scientist who created the remarkably durable Questonite plastic..." Dr. Quest History "Dr. Quest, a flinty eyed blonde man entering his early 30's... Dr. Quest spent most of his teenage years free footing all over the South Pacific..." Questonite entered the CU and became the exotic element for creating weapons and shields as well as armor for facilities and vehicles during the Iron Crown Enterprises days of stewardship of Champions. steriaca
I think in 5ed, it officaly became a metal.
CptPatriot
I seem to recall it was a plastic back when they called it Questonite. The metal that it is commonly referred to now is Questionite.
