How does this interaction work? If I have hearing that is Penetrative (blocked by liquids, mists and Silicone Dioxide) and someone puts a up a darkness versus sound with the SFX of distortion, would I be able to hear and spek through it? What if it is Fully Penetrative (blocked by water)? Is this SFX based or an absolute?
