Lord Liaden
I'm afraid here hasn't been any sort of write-up for Jetstream in any published Hero Games book. References to her are scattered over a few books, though. Her latest reference in Champions Universe 6E notes that she's a member of the Miami-based superhero team called the Watch, all of whom work with the DEA around South Florida on occasion. It calls her "an amphibious heroine who can telekinetically control both air and water." (CU p. 72) The Vibora Bay source book says that "she telekinetically controls the flow and movement of water, allowing her to generate massive waves to swamp boats as well as swim at remarkable speeds." It also notes that she's met Amphibian, a VB-based superhero, but they don't get along due to "diametrically opposed political viewpoints." (VB p. 69) (Amphibian's write-up in VB describes him as a liberal pacifistic environmentalist.) That's all the information I could find for Jetstream. bubba smith
maybe HERO games deferred to Disney in regards to the name Jetstream

dbcowboy
We really should form a group to stat out all the various characters mentioned in the Hero books but never detailed. Sure GMs can do their own but would be nice to have a set to grab from.
Lord Liaden
That could turn into a long, long list. For anyone interested in doing this, I'd suggest running a Private Message past Jason Walters first, just to make sure the company has no issues with it. Based on past experience I doubt they would, but it would be polite to ask.
