I've decided that each type of hero will have specific skills based on their abilities.  Breakfall seems a natural one for a Brick.  Skill sets are based on their job and are 15 points each.  The Energy Blast can have a special effect of either throwing an object, causing a sonic boom by clapping their hands, or causing a ground tremor by stamping their foot.  In the case of the Flying Brick it would be some form of energy..  The Entangle is bending metal objects around their targets. 

 

Update:  I changed Brick Skills to CSL: Combat and Navigation.

The above are Default Powered Armor and Speedster characters including Skill Sets.  Both have powers with the Only In Hero ID (-1/4) Limitation.  The reason for the Powered Armor having OIHID is because the character has to put on a set of powered armor.  The Speedster has OIHID because all they have Transform: Instant Change [One Set of Clothes] as it allows for more points for Healing: Regeneration 1 BODY.

 

The Powered Armor Skill set has it's CSL: Combat +1 as a OIHID as it's the targeted system of the armor.  The character has technical skills and Money: Well Off to finance the building of the suit.

 

The Speedster's Skills are based on their super-speed thinking and agility.
