Wayeth Posted February 7, 2017 Report Share Posted February 7, 2017 I'm trying to build a power to represent the character animating a tree just long enough for it to hit someone next to it. I assume that a Blast with Indirect and a limitation of 'target must be adjacent to a tree' is sufficient? Which level of Indirect should be paid for? Source other than character and it can change with each use? And let the limitation deal with the fact that it cannot be from just anywhere? Thanks for any answers!
