GCMorris
Building a group of assassins. They aren't overtly powerful except that they are all exceptionally skilled at their particular murder weapon of choice (except for one who is a brute thug) and skilled at evasion. None are super powered but extremely dangerous. So far I only have: Gershwin: a Strangler who uses a garrotte. Otis: a brute force thug who beats people to death with his fists. Lily: a sly seductress who poisons people and sometimes resorts to throat slitting. One Eyed Jack: a sniper Howie: a sweeper. Basically the Punisher Wire Twins: Demonic Cenobites. Not physically powerful but they never work alone. Yes, I stole them from Hellraiser.

Lord Liaden
Given your description of them, I'm curious whether it's significant that you put them into the Champions sub-forum. They sound more like Dark Champions characters, i.e. non-powered street-level hoods.
GCMorris
They will be fighting the champions heroes at some point. Some of our heroes are quite human and will find these villains are more than capable of harming them.
death tribble
As a reminder there was a real group called Murder Inc https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Murder,_Inc. whether you wish to have them connected to the original or mimicing them is up to you. steriaca
Mac D. Knife: Expert in knives, both in melee and ranged. Sophia: A strong and durable woman who is an expert in using her strength. Borrowed from a female assassin character from the anime Gunsmith Cats. Lollie Go Boom: Looks like a little girl, but is an expert in explosions. Netzilla
Other possible areas of expertise: death traps artificial fangs & claws vehicular manslaughter or arranging vehicular accidents venomous insects/animals bare handed martial arts (possibly a companion to your brute strength thug; think evil non-super Power Man and Iron Fist) cleaning up after the others

An archer who can uses arrows or other projectiles to kill like shuriken, darts or even playing cards.

death tribble
Sorry Death Tribble, I read Gasman and I think "pull my finger" It is a profession in Britain and if this is a show reference then it may not have played over here. L. Marcus
I will never forget the Bottom episode Gas. "You must, you must, YOU MUST drink our tea! It's the best tea in London!"
drunkonduty
"pull my finger" is not a specific show reference. It's just an old gag. The sort "funny" old uncles play on nieces & nephews. Uncle says" pull my finger." Unsuspecting kid does. Uncle farts loudly. Hilarity ensues.
