Thanks for the reference (6E2 pg 92)! I have another question based on the statement "However, a "free" Weapon Element gained by purchasing a weapon based style such as Fencing, does not carry over to any other maneuvers or style."
Say that Pierre has fencing and bought Slash, Thrust and Parry. Being a beginning character, he doesn't buy WF: Swords since he's saving points. During the first game, he wants to disarm Gerard. He does not have Froissement (fencing disarm) so he needs to do a normal disarm with his saber.
Is he -5 OCV (-2 for disarm + -3 for not having WF:Swords) or -2 OCV?
