Adjustment Powers - Fade Rates (follow-up)

Thank you for directing me to the APG. I only had one follow-up question.

 

In the case of a fade rate per Turn, could the increased fade rate amount be allocated out per Phase instead of it all happening at the end of the Turn? If the fade rate was bumped up to twenty, maybe it could then fade at the rate of five per Phase (in the case of a SPD 4 character).

That's certainly within the GM's purview. 6E1 139 mentions this possibility. I expect you could get some intriguing power constructs that way.
