Haymaker and extra limbs

If a brick with extra limbs has a target grabbed and begins a haymaker on them, and the brick suddenly finds himself falling or is otherwised moved but has not let go of the target, is the haymaker spoiled or can he continue the haymaker?

 

Example: Grond grabs Defender and winds up a haymaker on Defender.  Witchcraft teleports Grond from Millenium City to the Arizona desert and Defender goes with him.  Does Grond complete his haymaker on poor Defender?

By the rules as written, moving a character with Extra Limbs spoils a Haymaker, just like any other character. But this is why we have GMs -- to deal with unusual situations -- and a GM might rule otherwise in this situation.
