A antagonist idea

I came up with a antagonist for Champions.   He is basically a guy who has a psychotic obsession with fairy tales that haunted his childhood, especially Grimm's fairytales, and not the edited versions. He turned into a villain after getting shot in the head by a bank robber in Millennium City and being plunged into a coma. During his coma, he was trapped in a nightmare world that was full of twisted versions of the fairy tales that haunted his whole childhood. When he finally woke up 3 years later, he kept on seeing image of his nightmares and heard a voice in his head reciting the fairy tales he heard during his childhood. Edward was unfortunately driven insane and ended up attacking and killing his nurse. Before he left however, he cut off her ponytail and wrote the name Rapunzel in blood. Edward had become a psychotic criminal nicknamed Lorekeeper, who bases his crimes off fairy tales. He uses gadgetry that is based off of fairy tale memorabilia like poison gas grenades shaped like apples, and a axe that cuts anything among others. What he doesn't know is that the voice reciting the stories to him is a entity from a different dimension using him for it's own ends.

I need help detailing him mechanically, developing the entity that is secretly controlling him and making plothooks.

Just some spit ball ideas to see if you think I'm on a correct path before I go whole hog on building something mechanically:

1.  Complications:  Subject to orders from the Voice in his head that tend to put him into dangerous situations quite frequently.  Similarly, he would have a Distinctive Features Modus Operandi and be hunted by law enforcement perhaps even the campaign equivalent of the FBI if he commits crimes across state lines.

2.  I see Ed as having a very weak ego, but the Voice in His Head would fight any attempt to wrest control from it, so I could see either or both of a high DMCV, the entity actively hiding or simply overshadowing the weaker Ed, or Mental Defense to represent the Voice's resistance to taking Ed over.

3.  I could be wrong, but I see Ed as acting out the Fairy Tales, so I could see how he would be especially susceptible/vulnerable to tactics that incorporate those tales, if there are any such like Rumplestiltskin's name or whatever.  Sorry never read Grimm.

4.  Give him a VPP gadget pool to account for any tools he needs and other than that he seems to be a normal psychotic murdering, kidnapping, terrorist piece of human filth.
