drunkonduty
I'd keep it simple. RKA, probably AP, with a good amount of Indirect. The whistling is the attack roll; the arrow shooting around all over the place is the special effect of Indirect. You might give it Physical Manifestation or OIF. Maybe both could be justified? It can be taken off him like a focus and it can also be grabbed from the air (well, theoretically. I don't think anyone in either movie managed to do that.) Oh and Incantations: I suspect that if Yondu can't whistle that thing ain't gonna work.
Hyper-Man
How would you build Yondu's arrow from Guardians from the Galaxy? Assuming we are talking about the MCU version I think we would need to decide just what the thing actually IS to begin with first. Is it a physical missile? What powers its motion? Does it destroy solely from physical impact velocity or is there an 'energy' component to the damage it does to living beings and vehicles? It certainly seems to function like a Master Jedi using the Force to telekinetically move an active lightsaber around. HM
TheQuestionMan
3d6-1 Killing Attack (Ranged), Area of Effect (Area), Indirect, Penetrating, etc...
quozaxx
I was referring to the movie franchise, as I've never read one of the comics. (They are 5 bucks now per comic book!) I was thinking a ranged killing attack with Selective (it doesn't have to hit everyone in an area) But it also hovers, so I was wondering if it should have a mulitpower. So far, 3d6-1K (or higher), Area Effect (Area, Selective), Indirect, Penetrating, OIF, (or Physical Manifestation), Incantations (whistle). Plus, special effects. of whizzing through the air from target to target. Did I miss anything?

Hyper-Man
Wow! it seems to be more powerful than Thor's Hammer. ;P HM
mrinku
Yeah... I'd not overpower its damage class. It's a lethal little bugger, but how much ability has it demonstrated to do major property damage? If I recall correctly it's mostly been used to kill (and threaten) regular people and punch small holes in stuff (which can certainly *result* in high damage if directed at critical locations). I'd definitely go AP and/or penetrating over more dice. Maybe some CSLs to offset hit locations? Yondu uses Covered Head Shots a lot; a 2d6 RKA AP vs a x2 BODY location is pretty killy. Against sufficient armour, it's got nothin'.
