mrinku
These are mentioned in the rulebook and have details of some of the story arcs used in the official history campaign. Anyone know where to find them, or are they a WIP?
Lord Liaden
I've been thinking of asking Jason Walters about the progress of the Secret Files. I'm a backer for the Kickstarter who included those files in his pledge and notified Jason of same, to which he responded that I was on his list. I expect to be notified when they're available for download. The PDF of GAC has only recently been made available, and the book is presumably being printed now, but the hard copies have not yet made their way out to backers who paid for it. Based on past Hero Kickstarters, I don't think the Secret Files will receive much attention until the GAC print run and shipping has been taken care of. Even then, typically the backers are given first access to additional materials for a while before they're put up for sale to the general public. If no one else posts more up-to-date info, I will when I know something.
mrinku
Thanks, LL. The core text probably does have enough detail to fake it if needs be, but I was curious. As I've said before I was sorry to miss out on the KS due to HERO dormancy, but them's the breaks.
Darren Watts
The Secret Files are still a WIP - they're mostly character sheets left out for space (like the entire Justice Squadron), and they're currently not in publishable format or anything. There's a mini-campaign, but the decision to cut it came early enough that the second half of it isn't even in complete sentences yet. We cut less than we thought we would, so we have little material that went through any sort of editing process yet. We'll get them out, but I don't have any kind of timetable yet. dw
mrinku
Good to know. Thanks, Darren, and especially thanks for a first rate product and worthy successor to the previous volumes!
