Cancer
You get a free pass to the pie (not the greatest pie in the world, and not a whole lot of it, but some). You've never represented yourself as a science student. No smite for you.
Badger
Heh, I was more into history anyway. (though by no means a hardcore expert) I guess the history equivalent would not knowing the Lincoln was.

Cancer
Got a fourth done. But the fifth one is ... resisting. I had thought this was an ordinarily difficult problem, but one they'd negotiated more or less successfully on the previous test. Wonder which wrinkle is getting them. Old Man
Knowing you, each page so far has inflicted SAN damage on the students, so by the time they reach page 5 there's nothing left.
Cancer
... Y'know, that hadn't occurred to me before, but I can't exclude it out of hand. EDIT: Mind you, grading them does SAN damage to me, so it does make some sense.
Old Man
Does it make sense before or after you take SAN damage?

Sadly, if you ask most people what he is known for, he'd be "that guy who was doing it with Cleopatra". Besides, the farther back you go, the more you confound those who don't care for history. Pariah
Last day of the Quarter today. Tomorrow is a non-student day, the first half of which will be spent off-site at a "this could really have been an e-mail" type of meeting. Final grades must be posted by 5:00 p.m. tomorrow. I'm hoping to get it all done tonight.
Cancer
My drop-dead grades due time was about 3.5 hours back, and I beat it by about 20 hours. Spent most of the morning playing Master of Magic, with Fluff Butt sleeping on my lap.
Pariah
Final grades now posted, 23½ hours before the deadline. A new personal record! Bazza

Cancer
I am pretty sure I had a missed-a-class-deadline nightmare sometime in the last decade, and I was done with my education in August 1986. Yeah, you never really recover.

Pariah
I just awoke from a dream wherein I learned that I had earned a score of 0.86/33 on my first Quantum Mechanics exam. It's not quite as bad as it sounds, though, because the class average was only 1.10/33.
