  9. This is a GM screen I created using a combination of tables from Champions Complete (mostly), and Hero System 6E Volume 2. I made minor tweaks to some tables because of spacing needs, but otherwise the tables are straight from those sources.

The pages are laid out to use in a landscape 11" x 8 1/2" format. I use a four panel vinyl landscape 11" x 8 1/2" screen I bought online. Of course you can also use the tables on a laptop during play.

    Enjoy!

  10. A simplified character sheet that I made for personal use. An example character is included, to show what I used it for.

If it's in any way useful, great! I plan on tweaking the layout, as I get a better understanding of what I actually want in front of me during a game

  14. This is a rebuild of the old Campaign Rules sheet that was offered in 4th Edition Champions. It gives the GM a single sheet to fill out with all the things players may need, including power level ranges, point bases, optional rules, house rules, everyman skills, and so on.

  15. Not a lot of people use pencil and paper to fill out character sheets those days, but for those who want that nostalgic feel and enjoy the fun of filling out a sheet, here's a mockup of the old 4th edition character sheet updated for 6th edition.

  16. This is a simple sheet inspired by one from Savage Worlds, offering some ideas on what to do in combat given Hero's vast options. It has very simplified information, leaving the bookwork up to the GM, and includes a quick and dirty combat maneuver chart on page 2.

The Combat Survival Guide is designed to be printed front and back on a page and handed out to players so they can check it between phases and see what they might find helpful.

  18. Triangle space: Pinched between the grinding millstones of the Federation, the Klingons and the Romulans, this last bastion of freedom among the stars has been a hotbed of political machinations for decades. Today, on Liberty station, the delicate balance will be tested. Will Liberty go down in history as the match point that set the galaxy afire or will the balance be preserved?
Choose your side and your fate.

Fall From Grace is an adventure for 6th ed HERO set in the Star Trek universe. It is playable from either the Federation, the Klingon, or the Romulan perspective, and is geared for 4-6 players. All of the characters are fully developed and ready to play.
Designed to be a single 6-8 hour session, Fall From Grace has enough source material to spawn into something more. If you live.

  19. The file is still a work in progress but I wanted to upload it and see what people thought.
The file uses a bunch of macros.
Don't change the file name, the hyperlinks will fall apart.
There is a color code, cells colored green indicate that it's built to be changed. Don't change a cell that isn't green.

  20. This character sheet is a revision of D. Michael Basinger's excellent 5th edition Excel character sheet. This version attempts to keep the simple appeal of the basic 6th edition sheet in the 6th edition core book. Costs should automatically calculate for characteristics, and for the totals of characteristics, skills, perks, talents, and powers. Make sure to set the Total Points value for your campaign to get experience to calculate correctly, and remember that matching complications are not factored in. Printing areas are already set for the two sheets, which do not quite extend to the very bottom of the page. The author is available for comments via the Hero Games forum.

  23. In the Hero system, movement is measured in meters per phase. Meters aren't used in the U.S. culture. Phases are "measured" by speed (SPD), and phases are within turns, which last 12 seconds. The number of miles per hour achieved by a character is dependent on their movement (purchased or unpurchased) and their SPD characteristic. This chart, when printed, provides a handy reference to know how fast, in U.S. terms, a character can go given these two variables.

Since normal humans are given SPD 2 and running at 12 m, you can see this computes to about 4.5 MPH, which an average, healthy, human adult can run.

The chart is also helpful if you want to build a character that moves a certain number of miles per hour. If you have already bought the character's SPD, then you can do a reverse look-up and buy the appropriate movement in meters for the movement ability you are building (such as flying, swimming, running, or tunneling, etc.). For instance, to fly at 40 miles an hour, you buy about 70 m of Flight at SPD 3, about 55 m of Flight at SPD 4, about 45 m of Flight at SPD 5, etc.

You are also free to change the Movement column values, and the whole grid will update to reflect your changes (it IS Excel, after all).
