I'm not sure if it's something I did or something changed with the Forum, but I find I can't post videos like everyone else. I paste the URL for the video into the field and it comes out with the video title, just as if I'd posted it as a link. Can you help me, please?

As per the title why is this forum so stingy with the upvote per day amount. Some days I want to upvote 10 posts, another day 0. Why should it be limited? I can only upvote each post once anyways. The Dream Pod 9 forums uses the same interface/forum software as the HERO forum, so maybe it's an odd/default setting for this forum software? If so could it please be change.

I'd like to attach an Open Office document in a private message. I know how to do that in a regular post, but I don't see that option in the private messages. Is there a way to do that?

We used to be able to use different fonts in our posts. I used to start every post with [font=times] in order to get a serif font, because as my editor friend once said, "Sans Serif fonts are an abomination!" I like to use the Times font mostly because it makes italics much easier to see in a post, and I do like to use my italics. That trick doesn't work anymore. Has it simply been weeded out with the latest update of the HERO site? Just curious . . . .

How does one hide text or pictures behind a spoiler tag? I tried enclosing my post in square "spoiler" brackets--i.e. [spoiler][/spoiler]---but it didn't work, and I tried these brackets--<spoiler></spoiler>--but that didn't work, either. What am I doing wrong here?

okay, so I'm considering on starting a new club. I don't have 6th edition (and let's face it, it doesn't have many supplements) But. What I do have is mostly 5th edition or before. I am missing some of the first (1-3) edition. But have a ton of 4th. But I am curious, how much work is involved in maintaining a club? Is it worth the effort?

Longtime member (since 2004) but sadly it's been a number of years since I was last here - so long ago in fact that I still had my previous email address listed so when I needed a password reset I had to get Jason to correct my email address to my current one. However I just logged in here this morning and went to check out my previous purchased downloads (Digital Heroes, Pulp Hero adventures, several kickstarters and other books etc) and there is nothing showing in my downloads. Where did they all go? Did they get cleaned up somehow due to my lack of presence for years? Any way I can get them back?

Can someone tell me where to find a support email or phone number for hero games? Here's my problem. I tried to order some PDFs from the site and it said there was some problem with payment. However according an SMS message from my bank I got charged and when I called my bank and they said the transaction was half done and was waiting for something from Hero games which I didn't really understand. They said I should call you guys. This was yesterday my time (I'm currently in Russia). Right now the Champions Now subforum is being treated as a second-class citizen. It's got a tiny header, it's subordinate to the Champions subforum, it's hard to tell if the most recent post is in Champions or Champions Now. Would it be possible to move Champions Now to a proper subforum?

I purchased several pdfs, one of them--Book of the Empress--is listed as unavailable and when the link is clicked an error message occurs. I purchased on 6/23 and have sent in messages to support twice, once on 6/23 and then again a couple or so days later. I have not received a reply and the issue is still ongoing. It was Order# 17664. Everything else downloaded as expected. Any help on this would be appreciated.

Hello, I was wondering if I could get some help with my password for this site. When I originally set up my account, I linked it to my Verizon email. Well several years later and I want to change where my password would go to (I use gmail) and I can’t remember how to access my Verizon account nor does my wife. I'm having a weird access issue while I am at home and using an old iPad with its native Safari browser, which is pretty much the only way I get in from home for the last 5 years plus. It started this morning. When I try to access the root page of the NGD forum in this way, I get "This community is not available" that doesn't seem like it comes from the Hero Games site at all. But ... I did not see this at all during the day (about 8AM to 3:15 PM PST) while I was at my desktop machine at my office during that interval. Hi all! Im having a tough time figuring out how to download prefabs. It gives me the option to download the content, but when I select to download content, I have a display that asks "what app do you want to open this with?". Can anyone tell me which "app" I need to use to download the prefabs? Thank you for any information!

Is it possible to add an option in the user preferences for turning off the annoying confirmation dialogs that pop up every time I click on either "Mark forum read" or "Mark site read"? I don't ever click on those by accident and so I don't need to be asked if I really, really mean it every time. An option to turn this irritating behavior off would be very welcome.
