For GMs, there should be information in the http://www.herogames.com/forums/clubs/7-babylon-city-gms-only/ club. Unfortunately, I set the club with a high level security (probably too high) and I don't see a way to change the security level at this time. If you want in on the GM portion, just message me.

These rules are subject to change based on how the Babylon City project goes. Please follow the following basic rules (most are common sense): No foul language other than comic book foul language ("^%*!@&#$!!!") This club is PG; not PG13 or higher. No pornography. I shouldn't have to say this, but just in case. No trace-able copyrighted material. In other words, if the character or place was created by someone else, you shouldn't put it here. Babylon City is designed to be a living city with a waterfront in an undisclosed state of the United States. It is not located in any state of the United States so that GMs can place the fictional city in their home state or anywhere else they desire. The waterfront is designed to be a generic waterfront and can be along a major river or ocean/sea. The waterfront area is designed to give GMs more environments to play with.
