Many of the common working class people live in the Tenderloin. The location has seen better days but the people are friendly and hard working. Costs are fairly low to live here which seems to bring in the wrong kind of crowd. Crime is a constant problem but the locals support each other and muddle through. The LGBT community has a strong influence here and have help stabilize some areas of the neighborhood. Many of the locals have appreciated the effort though there are many who quietly dislike the community presence despite the benefits.
