  1. If you're in the NJ area, there's Dexcon at the Morristown Hyatt over the 4th of July weekend,  I'm planning on trying to run some HERO System games & I know of at least a couple of other guys that run stuff.

    Tall Ship Plans

Re: Tall Ship Plans Getting back on topic <>. You might try to see if you can find a copy of an old FGU product called "Biremes & Galleys" I believe. It was rules for using ships ffrom the earliest Ancient vessels up through the Rennaisance. What was nice about it was that they included carboard layouts of various of the ships & I believe that they had a galleon plan but I don't remember & have lost my set (mutter, mutter, mutter). But I do remember that they did have teh layout for a brig. The floorplans were scaled for 25mm or 1" = approx. 6'. Hope this helps. On the other topic, if you ever get the rules done for Ravenloft in HERO I'd be interested in seeing them. I was sceptical of Ravenloft until I looked at the reading list of source material & realized that the authors were trying to do actual Gothic horror instead of slasher horror. It's 1 of the few D20 games that I ever liked.

    Reading, Pennsylvania - HERO Gamers

Re: Reading, Pennsylvania - HERO Gamers I knopw how living w/relatives is. I just finally got an apt w/my girlfrined after living for over 6 months at her mother's house. It didn't help that her mom is totally intolerant of any sort of change & hated me from the moment I moved in. Thankfully, that's over w/. I just did a check & Reading is about 81 miles from Trenton, so you'd be lookingg at about a 2 hour trip if you wanted to come out. If you did, Sundays would probably work best but Sat are also available, but I'm tied up on some of them w/martial arts & SCA.

    Reading, Pennsylvania - HERO Gamers

Re: Reading, Pennsylvania - HERO Gamers Capt, I'm up in Trenton, NJ & have space to run a game if you're interested. Also, depending on how far it is top Reading, I might be able to come up there also. Right now, I don't have a group, but my roommate's interested in playing (she's never played HERO before) & I might be able to get a couple of other people involved if it was a regular thing. Would it just be yourself or would your wife also be interested in playing. I'm open to 4-color Champions, DC: TAS, or a special forces DC-style game, but I prefer Champions if I'm given the choice. Give me a yell back at fhf4152@hotmail if interested & want details. Yamato
