Weapon END

I have seen melee weapons written with 0 END and with an END cost. I was wanting to know if melee weapons cost END or no END to use?

From 6E2 page 199:

Wielding weapons costs Endurance, but the END cost depends on the STR used, not the Active Points the weapon is built on: 1 END for every 10 STR used (or 5 STR in some Heroic campaigns). Weapons themselves are built with Reduced Endurance (0 END; +1⁄2).

That's for Heroic campaigns, per the top of the column.

 

In a supers campaign, any weapon costs the normal 1 END per 10 active points by default.  HAs and HKAs also apply full STR;  there is no STR minimum and there is no limit to how much additional damage STR can apply.
