Images is a Constant, Area affecting Power (6e1 p. 236), and as such it would require the Mobile Advantage in order to move it once established. (See 6e1 p. 127 for the specific rule applying to Constant, Area affecting Powers, and 6e1 p. 324 for the description of the Mobile Advantage.)
