HeroGM
How can you export the skill name without the roll?
Simon
Just like anything else: <!--NAME--> If you’re looking for the display or alias, you should use those tags instead…
HeroGM
Want to just do the skill so the name is in one row the roll in another. Driving, 18- To Driving | 18-

HeroGM
Nope, not unless the Name field is filled. Having to use a mix of Alias and Display
Simon
You asked for the name, you got the name (which may or may not be filled in, as noted). Not sure why you'd use "a mix of Alias and Display" -- it's one or the other. Alias defaults to the display value, but will reflect any changes the user makes to the Skill display. For example, changing "Computer Programming" to "General Nerdery on the 'Puter" in the edit Skill dialog will change the value that the Alias returns, but not Display. HeroGM
ok, try this then. I'm trying toput the SKILL and the ROLL in two different table cells so instead of PS:Robotics, 18- you have them broken up as |cp|Skill|Roll| 3 | PS:Robotics | 18- and I should have put column instead of row. mea culpa. Simon
So you’re not after the Name, and you’re not after the Alias/Display — you want the full Skill output without the roll. <!--SKILL_TEXT_NO_ROLL-->
