Yeah; it seems an odd thing to be bugged about, but I'm working on something and not being able to remember it or find it (and man, that was a _lot_ of looking....) is driving me nuts. I remember this because I created a character with a damage shield before the concept was officially added to Champions and my GM at the time gave it a +0.5 modifier.
