Well, I spotted that some names were other names backwards, like "Rodne" was "Endor" backwards. Did n't get all the references, though.

One was the spouse of another. The one moon was famous elsewhere and you might recognise it.

There is no gag in Bala, Cifra, Relus and Marla.

Assault, csyphrett, Psybolt and Sociotard all surprised people with choices.

 

And I am the runaway victor with having fun with the draft. Including the largest ever Mythical Guardian a living moon. The number of Star Wars gags I restrained myself on for that.

 

Thanks to all who took part, I enjoyed it more than last year as I was able to take an idea and run with it rather than choose one to let others play off.

Psybolt's choice of colour was inspired and following this off with lasers and fireworks which ordinarily I would say would be nixed. I thought it fit so allowed it. This did lead to the pile on with laser cats and boxes. And a sparkly meteor did lead to a sparkly moon.

Tyranny becomes a domain that will be policed carefully, a good secondary domain for anyone who has used it before. So it joins Chaos, Evil, Good and Order for example.

 

Olandria comes from a Foo Fighters song. Pandora spelt backwards was one moon and her husband in mythology was another.  Rodne was Endor which was kind of obvious a forest moon. I could not do Alien but the type of moon is an exomoon which spelt backwards was another moon.

 

We will be back next year probably in July or August
