Kevinvt
This may seem like a newbie question, but... How is Non-Combat Movement supposed to stack ? When one buys 2x NCM, that's easy, but if one buys it three times does it go 10/20/40 or 2x, 2x, 2x.....or is the stack simply 6x ? I may have been doing this wrong for a LONG time
Doc Democracy
It doubles each time, geometric rather than arithmetic progression. Otherwise it would be overly expensive to get as fast as many heroes should be in movement.
LoneWolf
Don’t forget that movement comes with a free x2 NC. So, if you are buying it up it is actually 20/40/80.
unclevlad
Note that this is the general rule in Hero. All doublings are multiplicative...2x, 4x, 8x, etc. This applies to area of effect (a la "double the radius for +1/4), mass multipliers on teleport, number of people for mind link or usable simultaneously, Duplicate, Summon, etc. etc. Lifting capacity. Range mods and perception mods follow this. There are some exceptions to this, like number of charges and damage over time's factors. They have separate tables.
