unclevlad
OH MY....and on the last play he was gonna play in the game. I hear the not-so-tender touch of Karma at play here..... And their outlook wasn't very good. Projected win totals aren't very accurate, but they do roughly indicate how much the oddsmakers think they're bringing to the table. For the Vikes, it was between 6.5 and 7.5. I daresay Darnold is good for at least 1 extra loss per year. Is it telling our fiery fuzzball has NOT come out with his "Vikings to the Super Bowl!!!!" annual pronouncement?

unclevlad
Oh, no. That'd be too quick. Make its owner watch the Russell Wilson Blooper Reel, 2023 Edition. In its entirety. Then paint it silver and black and ship it to Vegas.

unclevlad
You may be dreading it.... You might be counting down the minutes until it... But you can't stop it. The NFL returns next week...like it or not, ready for it or not, here it comes, your 19th nervous breakdown. Which, of course, means it's ratings time. The Athletic has a story ranking all the NFL QBs... Tier 1: Mahomes, Burrow, Allen Tier 2: Jackson, Stafford, Herbert, Rodgers, Stroud, Prescott, Goff, Hurts, Purdy, Cousins, Love. Those are in order of ranking, so 7 of the top 8 are AFC...if you really think Rodgers is even tier 2. Then you go NFC-heavy. Steelers gotta be sweating. Wilson's the lowest Tier 3; Fields is Tier 4, which is seriously BAD. (Jones, Minshew, Richardson, Will Levis, Young, Darnold, Brissett.) Hope springs eternal, tho. Or...mostly. DT's continuing silence is deafening......
Old Man
All Darnold has to do is loft the football in the general direction of Justin Jefferson. Steelers QB is irrelevant when their OC is Arthur Smith. It's pretty devastating that Lawrence isn't even listed. Guess that puts the Jags in the esteemed company of the Raiders, currently helmed by AOC. Why is AR15 tier 4? Dude was on fire last season before he went down. And the Raiders are being helmed by former Jag legend Minshew. You're welcome.

Probably because it makes no actual difference To be honest I've had so much going on this summer I really haven't been keeping up with NFL developments like I usually do.
