For Example, if a character has a martial disarm, can they use 2 skill level to increase the STR bonus to the martial disarm. Would it make any difference if the skill levels were with all combat?
October 27, 2024Oct 27 comment_2962243 No - Combat Skill Levels can apply to CV or Damage (DCs) only. STR bonus for disarm is not damage and DCs don't apply.
