Missing files in the downloads section

I have been going through and trying to download a variety of Hero Designer export files and I get a lot of cases where I click the download button and I get the message:

I assume that the file went bye-bye at some point. Is there another location to get these files?

The error I can't answer. The file you're looking for may be in the zip I uploaded a while back..
