I was just running a test of the HCM, the heroes vs a bunch of robots. The robots have EBs with autofire and 250 charges. Whenever I do an attack with a robot the program wants to deduct 250 END.

I'm running 6e for everything. However I did start with a 5e version of the robots and then change them to 6e and tweaked them from there. I used "HeroCombatManager-6e-XML.hcr" to export everything for the HCM.

In case it matters I set the number of robots to 4.Players.XML

Hi,

I just noticed the file today.  Interestingly I don't see a CHARGES extract tag as part of Hero Designer.  I am going to have to do something fancy with my hcr file when there are 'charges' associated with a power.  HCM will not handle charges like END is handled and hopefully I can fix it so that HCM doesn't give the message about needing 250 END to utilize the attack.

You may need to use the <!--MODIFIERS--> tag to pull out the fact it has charges

Thank you, that is a good suggestion.  After digging in my code, I found I was already identifying which powers had charges associated.

I did further testing with an attack with 6 charges. The program deducts 6 END when the power is used.

I have a solution.   More to follow.
