GM's Attack

I've been trying to figure out how to get the GM Attack function to work. I click on the GM Attack button and it opens up the attack dialog screen. I fill everything out and do the rolls. It applies the effects but then the "OK" button doesn't do anything and then if you cancel out all the changes are cancelled.

 

Similarly I tried an area effect attack and chose several targets. It steps through each target but on the last one the "OK" button is unresponsive and cancelling reverts all the changes.

That used to work.  I just checked back to version 1.11 (which I know worked), and it doesn't work now.
