aylwin13
OK guys, a little help here. How do I get the picture to show in the post?
Enforcer84
use the img tag img src=" " surrounded by <> with the http address of your picture between the quote marks. You can right click on the link to your picture and choose "copy link location" likes so:
Enforcer84
BTW I really dig Scepter, he reminds me of Marvel's constrictor whom I always thought an understated yet brilliant design
Wildcat
Re: Scepter & Ace's High Aylwin - Scepter ROCKS I really like it. I remember thos templated from a while back too... think is was 90. I did a Chatr in that pose myself a while back. I'll look for it and post it. Hey could I 'borrow' Scepter... I'm making up a rival Hero Team for Avantguard, and need members... and he'd be perfect. Blue - Now that's what I call one Beautiful Angle.. Ace's High is really neat. Still makes me want to do my own version of a woman with wings... And your Colored Pencil Shading is GREAT I never got that level of controle with shading. Anthem looks really wel done. Wildcat
Terax Didn't take me long at all to find. I did this back in the early 90s He was the grownup version of a child hero Geo-Boy. Terax eventualy joined up with a mutant group calling themselves the Knights of Avalon. As you can guess he was a mutant with Earth Elemental Powers. (And as you can see I used the same pose as Aylwin did on Scepter) WC

I feel a great disturbance in the Force . . . At least it's likely to be a pretty kickass team, rather than, say, a troop of Boy Scouts on a hiking trip. Blue
Thanks lots guys. I like these threads; Makes me want to do more drawing. Aylwin: Here's a sample of an Image tag. This is Terrax's tag from above.
aylwin13
I'm glad everyone likes SCEPTRE. He's one of my favorite characters. There was some influence from Constrictor, I always liked his costume (and his powers, for that matter). SCEPTRE's staff came from Cardiac, a Spidey villian who shot energy blasts, could do a TK/tractor beam, and could even levitate up or down by shooting the beam straight down at the ground. 'Cat: I'm honored that you want to use him. Do you want his writeup, or are you designing someone to fit the pic? And thanks, everyone for the assist on the image insert. As you can see above, I figured it out. Finally.

Blue
Here's an old, old, old picture (I think I did this in... '87?). Since the character it was attached to hasn't been used in 16 years, I'm adapting the picture to another character in my game. She's got a laundry list of naked advantages that she can use with ANY gun of 8DC's or less. She's got a bunch of martial arts that she can perform (Hand-to-hand) that involve disarming, taking guns off opponents, pistol-whipping, and blocking in HTH w/guns. The disarming comes in handy, because she never actually carries a gun; she just takes them off agents/gang members/opponents and uses them against them to better effect than the opponent themselves could. Without further adieu, here's Lucretia, NPC private detective.

Wildcat
I'm Baaaack Hello all... Miss me? It's me Wildcat, and after moving, and getting my High-speed connection back up and running, then fixing some bugs on my PC I'm finaly back on-line. My scanner still isn't hooked up, so the pic I'm posting tonight is one I scanned in at a very low res, and might not be all that great... but I think it was one of my better pics from the old days (95). She's Blue Fury, and I based her off Krystal Blue in the 'Chalenges for Champions' supliment of old. Her costume I'll admit I stole straight from Jean Grey's costume from the X-men of that era too. The bike?? Can't remember where I got the insperation for it but I think it was some Image mag. Anyway here she is. Glad to be back!! Tim
From what I could tell it looked pretty good. It was to small to make out any detail though.
Blue
Rockin' bike there, wildcat. Let's see... searching the my pictures directory for anything interesting... Here we go. I have no idea what I plan to do with this picture yet, except that Bedlia is obviously somewhat of a goth type and I expect her powers to be based around illusions and images. And I'll have to come up with a snazzy hero name.
Magmarock
Malachite Here's one I did a long time ago. Not great. I used acrylic paint over an old template.

Magmarock
Magmarock Here is the original Magmarock pic. It is very close to what the miniature looks like. Acrylics, painted right on to the character sheet. I didn't clean the picture up first, sorry. Edit: I uploaded a cleaner pic. Hope its ok. death tribble
Magmarock
Second Pic. The second picture was after she was transformed in a game. Once she takes enough Body, she'll look like the first picture again. Here is the second pic of Magmarock, also done in acrylics:
Magmarock
Monsoon This character I ran for a very short time in a huge campaign that had some 19 players and 2 or 3 GMs running the game. It was crazy, so I didn't stick around for long. Her real name is Corral and she is an Aquarik. She is called Monsoon because of her control over water. The pic is done in acrylics:
RPMiller
Re: Magmarock Originally posted by Magmarock I sure wish I knew how to set these up like the others, so you wouldn't have to click on the link... 1) Make a post, and attach the picture 2) Click on the link to the picture 3) Copy the URL from the new window that opens with the picture. 4) Edit your post by typing in <img src=" than paste the URL from step 3, and then type "> 5) Submit the edit. There you have it.
Magmarock
Thanks Durnin! You are extremely helpful... you are my new favorite person! Heh! Just for you, I will post a picture I colored (I didn't draw this) of Psylocke. Painted in acrylics. Cheers! Mags
Magmarock
Psylocke Keep in mind the original pic is less than 4" tall (fits on one of the old, Hero PC sheets). I apologize if its a litte fuzzy.
