Re: Longest Running Thread EVER

Thanks. Michelle gave me the avatar, and Dan Simon gave me the name.

Just in time for my 2000th post, too. That makes me happy. ^ v ^

Such a good present. I need to rep her for it.

I told everyone in my 2K post they should. I've repped her too recently' date=' though.[/quote']

You probably started a new thread for that too...

I gotta find it.

I cheated and clicked on "Find all threads started by Alice." ^V^

Heh. I can hear my husband snoring. He sounds kind of like 1-foot waves crashing onto the shore.

Your husband is my dad? :nonp:

I should hope not.

MY dad's snoring sounds like an intermittent earthquake.

I'm also in the same room as Josh.

Your dad sounds like my uncle.

Re: Longest Running Thread EVER

Your dad sounds like my uncle.

I think most guys over the age of 45 sound about the same. Depending on the sinuses.

My mother is a pretty light snorer, but she also murmurs and mumbles. Both of them talk in their sleep.

The computer room was adjacent to theirs, and I'd stay up late, writing, when I was much younger. And when they started on their nighttime 'conversations,' I knew it was time to go to bed. I mean, who could get any writing done while trying to suppress giggles?

One night, my dad woke up my mom by shouting, "There's two of them!" He had no idea what she was talking about the next morning. To this day, it's a family in-joke.

With my mother, she just agrees to whatever you say while she's sleeping. We weaseled out of a lot of groundings that way (she worked night shifts).

I did inherit this trait, I'm told. I wish I could remember the dreams I talk during. Allegedly, anyway. I say some of the strangest things! Or so they tell me.

Oh god, what a comment to wake up to!!!

I love Teleport with position shift.

Especially for speedsters.

My undead super vigilante has that. It's also an update of my favorite "Where did Clark Go?" power (Teleportation as Super Speed).
