sheep semen, high voltage static electric field, ultra-weak ...

I should learn to remain unsurprised by things that pop out of search engines, but that last line was not expected.

Trying to cobble up a problem for the exam involving dipole moments and electric fields. I found a number for the dipole moments of tRNAs, so I was looking to find the electric field strengths around ribosomal proteins.

Yeah' date=' lunchmeat is always accepted, in my experience. Our cats seem to react more strongly to ham than all other alternatives. We've speculated it's the salt in the cure, but I forgot to test this idea with cured beef (corned beef) when we had that last month.[/quote']

 

My cats think that the water from canned tuna is a near-godsend (they can hear the manual can opener a mile away), but also think that Brewer's Yeast tablets are kitty treats. :confused:

Yeah, the late Loki was of the opinion that tuna juice was divine ambrosia. Alas, it was not so.
