Re: Longest Running Thread EVER

Umm... no :D' date=' but I do have these that I *can* post ;).[/quote']

Good enough. :) I've seen that movie once. Just once. Then I bought it on DVD. I haven't opened it yet. It's going to be some time before I open it and watch it.

What a great flick.

Yeah, I thought it was quite good but definitely not light watching.

Re: Longest Running Thread EVER

See it.

But only when you are in a REALLY REALLY REALLY good head space.

Seriously. It's brutal... but SO WELL DONE. I want to see it again sooo badly, but have not yet recovered from the first viewing.

I finally saw it-very good movie. It would make a great double bill with Leaving Las Vegas. They could include razor blades with the dvd. :weep:

I second Ben's recommendation, and exactly as he said it and exactly in the same boat (except I haven't bought the DVD).

I will add, Requiem for a Dream is a much more serious and graphic film about drug abuse than Trainspotting, though RfaD is more like the book (as opposed to the movie) Trainspotting in that way.
