A more 'cinematic' bolo would be an Entangle, takes no damage from attacks (it covers a very narrow portion of the body), requires targetting either the chest or the legs and only entangles that part of the body. A more realistic one would probably be bought ... oddly, as Telekinesis only to attempt a ranged Grab-And-Throw-Down-In-Same-Hex, does no damage, since they were typically thrown at the ankles to make a target fall.
