I find myself desperately hoping that the institutional password is NOT, as shown in the training video, "Password". Please, guys? Prove you're not a bunch of lame, pathetic FREAKING MORONS?!? Please?

Password should be "incorrect" that way if you ever forget the computer tells you "your password is 'incorrect'". problem solved.

The Labor and Delivery Ward is not as interesting at one o'clock in the morning as you might think. It's even less interesting when you get sent back home after seven hours of labor and no delivery.

I remember my brother, in a similar situation when his son was about to be born, stormed out of the ward with the complaint, "She's going to be in labor for the rest of eternity."

There's a reality show on national TV called Everything For Sweden ("Allt för Sverige"). It's about a bunch of Americans of Swedish descent who compete about meeting their Swedish relatives. As reality shows go, it's very sympathetic.

No groin shots, eh?

For death tribble and maybe lemming too

If one were to start listening to Siouxsie & the Banshees, where is the best place to start? I'm thinking their debut album The Scream and maybe a compilation album for an overview. I have heard Hong Kong Garden a few times now and find it catchy.

The Death Tribble replies:-

There are two possibilities. One is as you suggested The Scream but to get an idea of the band as a whole in the earlier days try Once Upon a Time The Singles.

I would avoid certain albums like Join Hands their second album and the Best Of as I don't think it is their best. The reason to avoid the second album is their version of the Lord's Prayer which is a sprawling mess.

Their best albums are Ju Ju which has a magic theme, Tinderbox which is simply brilliant, Peepshow which was their last good album, Nocturne which is a live mid 80s album and DVD, Through the Looking Glass which is a covers album of tracks they like (and contains what some would consider blasphemy a cover of Iggy Pop's The Passenger) and At the BBC which is very comprehensive.

Remember I got the albums as Vinyl and then first edition CDs so they have added more tracks since then. Getting Love In a Void, Fireworks and Song from the Edge of the WEorld on CD is difficult. Or was.

Kaledoscope, A Kiss in the Dreamhouse, Hyaena, Superstition and the Rapture plus Twice Upon a Time complete the albums. The first two are must haves if you like the band.

Plus there are plenty of videoes on Youtube.

Can't add much to Tribble's suggestion.

Cheers for both opinions. So to start off I should get The Scream and Once Upon A Time The Singles and go from there.
